Church of the Highlands
Pastor Chris Hodges and the Church of the Highlands team is excited to share with you a new, 4-week message series called “Change Your World”. The series is a study on how we can walk in God’s Word to make a difference in our life and in the lives of those around us—from right where we are. This would be a great opportunity if you’d like to take a few weekends off and use this message series in your congregation. Or if you’d prefer, you can use the provided message notes to preach the series yourself. The team has provided the first message recording, graphics, design files, and everything you’ll need to promote the series to your church. Resources for each message will be added as they become available.
The Retreat at Church Creek
Charleston, South Carolina
There is a soul care and mental health crisis for pastors across the country. The Retreat at Church Creek is a refuge for pastors who feel alone, burned out, and are in need of support. It’s a place to relax, recharge, and reconnect with others to form a strong support system. Programming for The Retreat at Church Creek will be anchored by four-day retreats for up to 15 pastors at a time. Each retreat may include fishing, golf, horseback riding, disc golf, access to an in-house fitness center (with coaching), cornhole, great conversations and lots of relaxation. At the end of the four days, participants will walk away with new friendships, resources, and ongoing support for those who would like to be involved in deeper soul care.
